A professor at Madrid’s IE Business School, Hamori’s research focuses on the realities of the job market. Her Harvard Business Review articles have looked at why young managers are perpetually looking for other jobs, common career fallacies and the route to the most senior jobs. Most recently she is the co-author of “The CEO experience trap” in MIT Sloan Management Review.
