Boris Groysberg

A professor of business administration in the Organizational Behavior unit at Harvard Business School, Groysberg’s research focuses on the challenge of managing human capital at small organizations and on how firms can achieve sustainable competitive advantage by engaging employees in the implementation of business strategy. Groysberg is author of Chasing Stars: The Myth of Talent and the Portability of Performance (Princeton, 2010) and Talk Inc. (Harvard Business Review Press, 2012). Before joining the Harvard Business School faculty, he worked at IBM.
