Lee Newman is a Dean of the School of Human Sciences and Technology at IE University in Madrid, where he also serves as Professor of Behavior, Leadership & Analytics. His work focuses on Behavioral Fitness, understanding the critical in-the-moment behaviors that distinguish high-performers in the workplace – and helping individuals and teams train these behaviors to ensure their long-term success. He has also developed a unique approach to Positive Leadership, working with leaders to put in place the behavioral conditions that allow employees to perform at their best. Newman was formerly an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company and a founder and senior manager in two technology ventures.
