The Vijay Govindarajan Video Series Week 7

On Monday, November 18 at the Thinkers50 2019 Awards Gala in London, Vijay Govindarajan was announced as the winner of the Thinkers50 2019 Distinguished Achievement Award for Innovation.

Creator of the concepts of reverse innovation and the Three Box Solution, and already a member of the Thinkers50 Hall of Fame, VG was deservedly recognized as the world’s foremost thinker on innovation and strategy.

In fact he had even more to celebrate this week, with Monday being his 70th birthday and also having just become a proud grandfather for the first time!

We now turn to week 7 of the Thinkers50 Vijay Govindarajan Breakthrough Innovation with the Three Box Solution video series and begin Module 2: Strategic Intent. In this module VG explains how to set long-term strategic direction that can provide context for employees to brainstorm and identify breakthrough ideas.
