Des Dearlove talks with guest Steve Radcliffe, who started his leadership at Griffin, then Oxford, then Proctor & Gamble. He learned a different method of leadership while working at an ad agency, which involved more relationships and engagement. His second half of his leadership journey (the last 18 years), he has been a leadership coach to many different people in the public and private sectors from chief execs to teachers, doctors, warehouse staff, etc.
As a leadership coach, he helps people be at their best more of the time and be more powerful in shaping their future. He often has a conversation 1-on-1 with the player, but the best way to get leaders to grow is live while they are working in their teams.
