She has conducted extensive research on the changing workforce, demographic trends and employee values – how corporations can most effectively engage their employees. She reveals how the shifting relationship between individuals and corporations can enhance innovation, and workforce productivity.
Erickson holds a BA in biological sciences from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. She has served on the board of directors of two Fortune 500 corporations and is an adjunct professor, organizational behaviour, at London Business School, and the founder and CEO of Tammy Erickson Associates, a firm dedicated to helping clients build intelligent organizations.
