Born in Madrid and educated in Germany, Italy, Mexico and the US, Nieto-Rodriguez is a thought leader, author, practitioner, and professor in project and strategy implementation. He is the former chair of the Project Management Institute and co-founder of the Strategy Implementation Institute and the global movement Brightline. Nieto-Rodriguez is visiting professor at Duke CE, Instituto de Empresa, Solvay, Vlerick, Ecole des Ponts, and Skolkovo and Director of the Program Management Office at GlaxoSmithKline Vaccines.
