Her mission is to inspire and empower individuals, teams, and organizations to nurture inclusive workplaces for diverse talent through active allyship and inclusive leadership. In her book, Diversifying Diversity, she outlines 12 dimensions of diversity, explores what the biases and microaggressions look like in each dimension, and what we can do to be an active ally for each dimension.
