Ideas

Luthra’s primary research areas are diversity, equity, and inclusion, inclusive leadership, and generational diversity. Her mission is to inspire and empower individuals, teams, and organizations to nurture inclusive workplaces for diverse talent through active allyship and inclusive leadership. In her book, Diversifying Diversity, she outlines 12 dimensions of diversity, explores what the biases and microaggressions look like in each dimension, and what we can do to be an active ally for each dimension.
In her latest book, The Art of Active Allyship, Luthra presents seven behaviours with practical tools for us to be active allies to nurture greater inclusion across intersectional identities.
In her 2020 Tedx talk, ‘Why GQ is the kind of intelligence we all need,’ Luthra provides us with three tools we can use to enhance our generational intelligence (GQ).

Bio

Associate professor in the Department of Organization, Copenhagen Business School, Luthra was previously a lecturer in organizational behavior and human resources at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University. She gained her PhD from the National University of Singapore. She is also founder and CEO of TalentED Consultancy ApS, which works to nurture inclusive workplaces environments that truly embrace diversity, with a focus on inspiring and enabling active allyship.

Privacy Policy Update
