Wedell-Wedellsborg’s professional and research interests include sustainable high performance, crisis management, ethical leadership, and creating strong bonds and shared identity in top teams. In a search for a method for achieving and sustaining high performance, she travelled to West Point Military Academy, NATO Defense College, Stanford University, and Silicon Valley, interviewing leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors. The results of her research were published in her book, Battle Mind. How to Navigate in Chaos and Perform under Pressure.

Bio

Adjunct professor of leadership at IMD, Wedell-Wedellsborg is an authorized clinical psychologist who specializes in organizational psychology. She is the founder of Wedell-Wedellsborg Consulting, which serves clients primarily in the finance and pharmaceutical sectors, and the Danish military. Earlier in her career, she worked in Defence Command Denmark, Right Management and Danske Bank, in the domains of leadership development and organizational psychology.
