Ideas

Stephanie works to develop and scale programs for women of colour and influence policies for parents and caregivers to be inclusive and equitable for the communities they are intended to serve. At Google, where she heads up the firm’s global inclusion programs for women of colour, she applies her affinity for investing in the growth and success of women by intentionally building community in settings where it may not occur organically. She has created women of colour summits, including the State of Black Women @Google Summit and Collective, a global initiative designed for black women Googlers that creates dedicated space for community, conversation, and connection.
