Bio

Owner of consulting firm, Super Navigators, Camilla received her MSc in engineering and PhD in work-life balance from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). She is the author of multiple books that make chronobiology accessible to broad audiences and illuminate its implications for modern work. As a contributor to Fast Company, she brings these ideas into mainstream conversations about the future of work. In 2006, Camilla founded the B-Society, whose mission is to increase the quality of life and productivity of B-persons (late risers) by creating later start times in schools and workplaces.
