Ideas

Joanne’s work focuses on sustainability and ESG. She blends strategic clarity, systems thinking, and deep technical understanding to help organisations navigate the accelerating demands of sustainability. In her latest book, Greensight, she unpicks the jargon of sustainability, translating it into board language. She provides four framing typologies for business readiness and lays out clear governance and accountabilities for boards and C-suites. The book serves as a practical guide for leaders to make their sustainability transition a success.
