Ideas

Kate and Allison explore the impact of motivational and psychological processes at work. They have developed a “motivational approach to work” that drives work processes based on employee needs, rather than external controls. Kate’s research examines the influence of life outside work on employee emotions, attitudes, and behaviours. She also explores how issues of justice influence employees and their work environments. Allison’s work examines what makes employees thrive focusing on emotions, interpersonal relationships, and in particular on women’s health and its intersection with work.
