Tim is Global Telecom, Media & Entertainment (TM&E) sector leader at Deloitte. He also serves as chief innovation officer for Deloitte Central Europe and as the TM&E sector leader for Deloitte Germany. Alongside his consulting work, he serves as an associate professor of digital transformation at the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan. His expertise lies in corporate strategy, M&A, commercial due diligence, go-to-market strategies, and large-scale transformation programs.
