Tom is also pioneer of a unique approach to rapid prototyping, visioning, and leadership, which has accelerated innovation and organisational transformation across more than a dozen industry-leading companies.

Bio

Investor and inventor, Tom is a founding partner of At One Ventures. His career spans astrophysics research, Fortune 500 consulting, and corporate executive, leading the development of innovative hardware, software, and digital services. Tom has played pivotal roles in globally scaled initiatives (Microsoft Outlook and Yahoo Search), and has taken new ventures from concept to impact (Yahoo Answers). Today, he focuses on human development, working with social entrepreneurs worldwide to rethink the foundations of entrepreneurship.
