As an advisor, Rinne styles herself as a pathfinder within the digital economy, platform economy, and sharing economy, and her areas of expertise include policy reform, global expansion, the future of work, sustainable development, cities, and emerging markets. In her 2021 book, Flux, she outlines eight flux superpowers that form a flux mindset, which help us see change in new ways, develop new responses, and ultimately reshape our relationship to change.
Rinne holds a JD from Harvard Law School, an MA in international business and finance from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a BA in international studies and Italian summa cum laude from Emory University. She is a Fulbright Scholar and studied at Oxford University, the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and the European University Institute.
