As AI and Web3 revolutionise industries, companies are awash in data but many fail to extract its real value, relying on outdated strategies and obsolete business models. Gerry Tsoukalas’ research integrates domain expertise, data, and advanced models to reshape management thinking. By unifying these three elements, he argues, leaders can unlock transformative results, turn disruption into opportunity, and ensure their organisation not only survives but thrives in uncertain times.

Bio

Associate professor at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, where he also serves as faculty director for Graduate Analytics, Gerry holds secondary appointments as a senior fellow at Wharton, visiting professor at IMD, and a fellow at the Luohan Academy (Alibaba Group) and Cornell’s FinTech Initiative. He is also the co-founder of the Crypto and Blockchain Economics Research (CBER) Forum. Gerry holds a PhD in management science and engineering from Stanford University. Prior to academia, he worked on the trading floor at Morgan Stanley.
