A leader in the field of digital transformation and marketing, Hamilton spearheads initiatives that drive customer engagement, excellence in integrated campaigns, and sales & marketing effectiveness. He engineered the establishment of Thales Digital Seller, a pioneering “Contentflix” platform that transforms sales and marketing enablement. He also initiated the Thales BIG program (Business Innovation & Growth), empowering over 10,000 staff and generating the creation and incubation of new business models. He is host of the Hamilton Mann Conversation podcast on Digital for Good, which has been honoured by the European Business Review for making a significant contribution to the AI discourse.

Bio

Group Vice President Digital Marketing and Digital Transformation at Thales, Hamilton is also a Senior Lecturer at INSEAD, HEC Paris and EDHEC Business School. As a mentor at the MIT Priscilla King Gray (PKG) Center and a speaker at the prestigious MIT Platform Strategy Summit, he actively participates in driving the advancement of digital technologies for positive societal change. Additionally, Hamilton serves as the President of the Digital Transformation Club of INSEAD Alumni Association France (IAAF). Prior to joining Thales, he was a director at Capgemini Invent and was a co-founder of Mann & Miller. Hamilton is a graduate of MIT Sloan School of Management, INSEAD, and EDHEC Business School.
