Bio

Judith was the founder and CEO of Benchmark Communications, Inc. and the co-founder and chairman of The Creating WE® Institute, a global research organisation focused on the neuroscience of “WE” and organisational leadership. She had over thirty years of business experience working with CEOs and their teams in establishing WE-centric cultures. In 2014 Judith partnered with Ben Croft, CEO of WBECS, to launch Conversational Intelligence® for Coaches, a certification program attended by over 3,000 coaches globally. Judith was a founding fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.
