As a business consultant, speaker, and author, Neri works with emerging and established brands to help them develop and implement effective strategic plans that drive growth and success. She tackles the common assumption that sustainability is costly, explaining that research shows that if a business wants resilience and long-term success, it should make sustainability at the heart of everything it does. Drawing on her insights, Neri has designed a five-step plan for businesses to achieve sustainability and success, for example by communicating a powerful vision to create share organisational commitment, embracing sustainability regulations as opportunities, not obstacles, and by prioritizing quality and durability.

Bio

Founder of Moda Métiers, a fashion and luxury business consultancy, Neri is a Professor of practice and entrepreneurship expert at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She is also co-founder and creative director of luxury leather goods firm, Neri Karra. She has guest lectured for companies including Apple and Credit Suisse, as well as for institutions such as the London School of Economics, the Royal College of Art, and Imperial College London. She was also appointed as an adjunct professor at New York University. Neri received her PhD from the University of Cambridge, her master’s from Sabanci University, Istanbul, and graduated in business management from the University of Miami.
