In her forthcoming book, Quick Confidence, Rezvani presents a new approach to building confidence and outlines nine of the most common obstacles that stand in the way, offering practical actions, behaviors, and exercises that can be used to change the way you think and how you present yourself to others. In her bestseller, Pushback, Rezvani focuses on the unmatched power of negotiation skills in women’s career advancement, arguing that self-advocacy is critical to success and offering a methodological approach to negotiating and navigating tough conversations.
Rezvani received her BSc and Masters in social work from New York University, and has an MBA from Johns Hopkins, where she received the Edward Stegman CPA Memorial Award for Academic Excellence. The author of three books, she has been quoted, interviewed, and profiled by CareerBuilder, The Wall Street Journal, Oprah.com, The LA Times, Marie Claire, NBC and ABC. Rezvani also writes for NBC’s Know Your Value, and wrote an award-winning column on women and leadership for The Washington Post.
