Entrepreneurs typically have a lot of passion about their products – it’s a requirement of the job. But it’s equally important to practice detachment from time to time. Find out what customers are looking for rather than single-mindedly focusing on what you want to build for them. Add in their feedback and learn to discern what you are working on that your customers don’t care about at all.
