The future of work can be daunting, even for the most optimistic and resourceful among us. As we search for ways to maintain relevance for our businesses, our teams, and careers in a rapidly changing society, the idea of being “future-proof” at work may be the most coveted superpower.
Attending the Thinkers 50 awards in London on November 18 (called the “Oscars of Management Thinking” by Financial Times), brought me one step closerto cracking the code on becoming future-proof, and I want to share what I learned.
