Forbes: Thinkers 50 is holding its biannual gala in November in London. The reputation of Thinkers 50 has continued to grow. What is the Thinkers50 and how has it grown over the years?
I spoke recently to Des Dearlove who created Thinkers50 along with his co-founder Stuart Crainer.
Dearlove and Crainer shared a column for the Times a number of years ago. They were business journalists who specialized more and more over time in management and management theory.
By 2001 they realized that there were plenty of “management gurus” but that nobody had done a ranking of them. So they decided to do one.
