Antonio’s research focuses on the impact of digital innovation on labour regulation and social institutions. His Boss Ex Machina project aims to map new practices of algorithmic decision-making and assess the adequacy of existing legal frameworks for enabling sustainable data-driven workplaces. It is funded by the EU Horizon2020 programme.
