Antonio’s research focuses on the impact of digital innovation on labour regulation and social institutions. His Boss Ex Machina project aims to map new practices of algorithmic decision-making and assess the adequacy of existing legal frameworks for enabling sustainable data-driven workplaces. It is funded by the EU Horizon2020 programme.

Marie Curie fellow and assistant professor of Labour Law at IE Law School, Madrid. Previously, postdoctoral fellow at the European University Institute, Florence. PhD in Business and Social Law from Bocconi University, Milan.
