General Information

The Thinkers50 London Summit & Leaders50 Awards Gala 2026 will take place on Monday 2 November 2026 at the historic Guildhall, 71 Basinghall Street, London EC2V 7HH, UK

Our 2026 theme is “Fast Forward: Leading in a Fragmented World”. Throughout the program, we will explore the interconnected themes of talent, technology, and purpose.

Monday 2 November: Day sessions 09:00 to 16:45; Drinks Reception 18:00; Gala Dinner and Awards 19:00.

Attendance is curated and limited to renowned management thinkers, senior business leaders, Leaders50 executives, academics, and partners of the Thinkers50 community, ensuring high-value networking and dialogue.

Limiting numbers protects the intimacy of discussion and the exclusivity of the evening awards, while enabling us to connect delegates who can accelerate each other’s ideas.

Tickets & Registration

  • London Summit: includes access to all daytime sessions on Monday 2 November 2026.
  • London Summit and Leaders50 Awards Gala: includes daytime sessions plus the black-tie Gala Dinner, drinks reception, and Awards Ceremony on Monday 2 November 2026.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a named colleague, but you must provide the new name to Thinkers50 at least 30 days prior to the event. Please email . Tickets are non-transferable within 30 days of the event.

Event ticket purchases from Thinkers50 have a 30-day cancellation policy from the date when the order is placed. However, cancellations will not be accepted less than 30 days before the event.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing and must be sent to . Leaving an invoice unpaid does not count as a cancellation.

No. Bring a copy of your confirmation email (digital is fine) and a photo ID to collect your badge at the welcome desk.

Venue & On-Site Logistics

Registration opens at 08:00 on Monday 2 November 2026. Please aim to arrive no later than 08:45 to allow enough time before the program begins. Our team will be on hand to welcome you and guide you throughout.

A staffed cloakroom is available all day (down the stairs near to the entrance). Guildhall does not have any designated changing areas but you can use the relatively spacious bathroom facilities next to the cloakroom.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue.

Photos and video are allowed throughout the event.

The main plenary sessions will be professionally recorded. Registered delegates will receive a private link to on-demand videos about two weeks after the event. The Gala Dinner will not be recorded, but the acceptance speeches will be available publicly.

All bags must be screened on entry to Guildhall. Please avoid bringing large luggage. Hotel concierge services are recommended for early arrivals or late departures.

Travel to London & Getting Around

Bank (Central, Northern, DLR), Moorgate (Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City), and St Paul’s (Central) are all within a 5-10 minute walk.

  • Heathrow: Elizabeth Line to Tottenham Court Road or Piccadilly Line to Holborn, then Central Line to Bank or St Paul’s (approximately 1 hour).
  • Gatwick: Thameslink train to City Thameslink or Farringdon, then a 10-minute taxi or 15-minute walk.

Yes, London black cabs, Uber, and Bolt operate citywide. A taxi rank is located on Gresham Street, metres from the Guildhall entrance.

There is no on-site parking. The nearest public car parks are London Wall (24 hrs, EC2V 5DY) and Barbican. We strongly recommend using public transport.

From St Pancras International, take the Circle, Hammersmith & City, or Metropolitan line to Moorgate (approximately 15 minutes).

Choose rail over short-haul flights where possible, and use TfL’s extensive Tube and bus network, or walk. The City of London is compact.

Accommodation

We provide a selection of recommended hotels in our London Guide, including options within walking distance or a short journey from Guildhall. The guide includes a range of hotel categories to suit different preferences and budgets.

Distances are walkable, so no shuttles are planned. Concierge staff can assist with taxis if needed.

Delegates must make reservations directly with the hotel to ensure data privacy and payment security.

Food, Drink & Dress Code

All guests are welcomed with coffee, tea, juice, water, and light refreshments upon arrival, as well as refreshments during the breaks throughout the day.

London Summit ticket holders will also receive lunch during the daytime program.

London Summit and Leaders50 Awards Gala ticket holders are invited to join the evening drinks reception, followed by a three-course Gala Dinner and the Awards Ceremony.

All ticket holders must submit any dietary requests via the ticketing system by Friday 2 October. Late requests can be emailed to  but are subject to the discretion of the caterer.

  • London Summit daytime sessions: business casual.
  • Awards Gala Dinner: black tie or elegant cocktail attire.

The London Summit & Awards Gala is an adult, ticketed event. All guests must have purchased a ticket in advance.

Privacy Policy Update

Thinkers50 Limited has updated its Privacy Policy on 28 March 2024 with several amendments and additions to the previous version, to fully incorporate to the text information required by current applicable date protection regulation. Processing of the personal data of Thinkers50’s customers, potential customers and other stakeholders has not been changed essentially, but the texts have been clarified and amended to give more detailed information of the processing activities.
