Ideas

Ranjay’s 2022 book, Deep Purpose, delivers an in-depth examination of corporate purpose. “Deep purpose” companies, he argues, energize their enterprise by inspiring employees and fostering greater trust with customers and partners. He argues that this revolutionary approach to business – the serious and deep pursuit of purpose – delivers game-changing results for both companies and society alike. Purpose, he explains, is a compass with which firms can navigate the inevitable trade-offs across stakeholders mode deliberately and effectively to balance their short and long-term goals. Ranjay’s recent work also explores leadership and strategic challenges for building high-growth organizations in turbulent markets.
