In her 2026 book Working Well, Nidhi argues that we work better when workplaces embrace people as whole, complex beings rather than expecting them to compartmentalize their lives. She introduces the science of attunement – the practice of deepening connections by making others feel seen, heard, and valued – as the next evolution of emotional intelligence. Drawing on research, practical tools, and storytelling, she shows how attunement can deepen relationships, strengthen teams, and reduce stress and burnout.
