The Digital Transformer’s Dilemma

7 September 2020 @ 10am Central European Time (9am UK time)

A free one-hour webinar featuring Karolin Frankenberger and Markus Schmidt and moderated by Stuart Crainer.

How can you energize your core business while building disruptive products and services? Digitization is pervasive and requires businesses to adapt fundamentally. Surprisingly few know how to do so. Sprinkling some digital glitter does not suffice. Organizations need to upgrade their traditional business while exploring new (digital) ways of capturing value. This is the source of the digital transformer’s dilemma.

In this webinar, Karolin Frankenberger and Markus Schmidt, co-authors of the upcoming book The Digital Transformer’s Dilemma, offer unique insights into delivering transformation in the digital age.
