They argue that we need a different model which is more sustainable, accessible, understandable, and inclusive to all; a model that empowers people to self-organize, exercise their judgement, make good decisions to unleash their purpose and motivation and unlock personal and organizational value.

Paolo Cervini and Elisa Farri are members of the Thinkers50 Radar community for 2023. They have been working together for more than a decade with the shared purpose of democratizing management. Their collaboration started at ECSI, a management research and advisory center based in Boston and Milan, recognized as one of the top five firms in innovation advisory and the number one for building management capabilities.
In 2021 they founded the Management Lab, a global think-tank which is part of Capgemini Invent, with the mission of bridging the latest management ideas into practice. They are regular contributors to leading publications, including the Harvard Business Review, and are the authors of two influential white papers: Agility Inc. and Growing Together. Their new book will be published in 2024.
