Professor of operations management and organization design at IE University, Madrid, Mikko Ketokivi holds a Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Minnesota. He teaches, or has taught, at business schools in the United States, France, Switzerland, Spain, and in his native Finland. Ketokivi is currently a distinguished visiting scholar at the Center for Values-Driven Leadership at the Benedictine University, Chicago.
