Poornima Luthra is an Associate Professor in the Department of Organization, Copenhagen Business School, and previously a Lecturer in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University. She gained her PhD from the National University of Singapore. She is also founder and CEO of TalentED Consultancy ApS, which works to nurture inclusive workplaces environments that truly embrace diversity, with a focus on inspiring and enabling active allyship.
