Tiona Zuzul is an Assistant Professor in the Strategy Unit at Harvard Business School where she teaches Strategy in the MBA required curriculum. Tiona has specialized in how leaders conceptualize who they are and what they do, and how this identity and framing shapes their organization’s strategy, transformation, and performance during periods of dramatic change. Recently, her research analyzed changes in communication networks during the Covid-19 pandemic. Her team found that many organizations became more siloed, but that those organizational siloes had less stable membership.
Before joining Harvard, Tiona Zuzul was previously on the faculty at London Business School and the University of Washington. She was formerly an entrepreneur and consultant who co-founded the first private university in Croatia.
