Member of the Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2024 and professor of industrial-organisational psychology at Vanguard University of Southern California, Ludmila Praslova’s passion is designing systems where humans can be their creative, authentic, and fully productive selves. Her research focuses on diversity, equity, inclusivity, and neurodiversity in the workplace.

Ludmila’s forthcoming book, The Canary Code: A Guide to Neurodiversity, Dignity, and Intersectional Belonging at Work, provides a practical framework for creating neuroinclusive workplaces, following six Canary Code principles.
