Principal of talent development at Google, Martin is co-author (with Joshua Yellin) of a brand new book, The Bonfire Moment: Bring Your Team Together to Solve the Hardest Problems Startups Face. The book outlines some of the common traps that teams fall into and dives deep into the people problems that derail even the most promising startups.
Martin is also a lecturer at Stanford d. School and guest editor at the Journal of Organizational Design. He is on the faculty of the Google School for Leaders and has guest lectured at INSEAD, Stanford, Wharton, and London Business School.
