Every January, Thinkers50, dubbed the ‘Oscars of Management Thinking,’ ranks the top 30 management thinkers to watch on their Radar List, and leaders across the globe wait with bated breath. As a 2021 member of the Radar List and recipient of the Radar Distinguished Achievement Award, I had the opportunity to speak with Des Dearlove and Stuart Crainer, the co-founders of Thinkers50, as well as several members of the 2022 Radar List class. The confidential, proprietary selection process looks for an eclectic group of up-and-coming leaders of impact from around the globe.
The 2022 Radar List recipients hail from multiple continents and are working to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges. While they may not have all the answers, they ask difficult questions and forge a path forward. The topics of expertise are as diverse as the recipients themselves.

Thinkers50 Limited has updated its Privacy Policy on 28 March 2024 with several amendments and additions to the previous version, to fully incorporate to the text information required by current applicable date protection regulation. Processing of the personal data of Thinkers50’s customers, potential customers and other stakeholders has not been changed essentially, but the texts have been clarified and amended to give more detailed information of the processing activities.
