In Conversation with Louise van Rhyn

Partners for Possibility is a South African co-learning, co-action partnership school where business leaders intersect with high school principals to develop leadership capacity and fix problems in education.

The school aims to build leadership capacity in the townships where much of South Africa’s inequalities lie. Business people commit to a minimum of one year to help advise and build stronger schools and education systems.

Louise van Rhyn and her partners are trying to integrate business and government so everyone feels like a stakeholder in the future of their country.
