Aiden is the creator and host of The Innovation Show, a weekly podcast that takes a deep dive beyond technological innovation focusing on the fundamental need for business, leadership, and education to innovate and adapt to a new world order. In his book, Undisruptable, Aidan demystifies the principles of change and sets out a framework that leaders can follow to cultivate a reinvention mindset and see change as an opportunity rather than an obstacle.
Former Ireland international and professional rugby union player, Aidan is the host and founder of The Innovation Show podcast and author of Undisruptable: A Mindset of Permanent Reinvention for Individuals, Organisations and Life. A change consultant and executive coach, Aidan developed and delivers a module on Emerging Technology Trends in Trinity College Business School, Dublin. He speaks and runs workshops globally on disruption and change for organisations such as Mastercard and Epic Games, in industries from pharma to fintech.
