Ideas

In her 2020 book, The Creativity Leap, Natalie contends that in the fourth industrial revolution, a creativity leap is needed to bridge the gap that exists between the churn of work and the highly sought-after prize called innovation. Creativity, she argues, is not associated solely with the arts; to be a great scientist, engineer, innovator or entrepreneur requires immense creativity. And since humans are hardwired to be creative, it is a competency anyone can develop, by balancing wonder and curiosity with rigour and discipline.
