Alice and Louise are co-founders of The Power House, a global leadership development and culture transformation business. Alice is a leadership and conflict coach, author, and keynote speaker. She held senior roles in creative agencies advising clients including Unilever, O2, and Microsoft, becoming a managing director before joining a now exited health tech startup. Louise is an executive coach, courageous communication specialist, and co-creator of the powerful Smart Conflict® methodology. A former merger and restructure consultant, she spent 20 years driving transformational change in voluntary and international NGOs.
