LONDON 11 MARCH: Thinkers50 – the world’s most trusted resource for identifying, ranking, and sharing the leading management ideas of our age – has unveiled the first speakers for the Thinkers50 London Summit 2026, including #1 Ranked Thinker, Paul Polman.
Taking place on 2nd November at the city’s historic Guildhall, the London Summit will bring together the world’s foremost management thinkers and business leaders to explore the theme of Leading in a Fragmented World, addressing three defining imperatives facing leaders today:
- Purpose
- Technology
- Talent
The Summit will culminate in the Leaders50 Awards Gala, honouring individuals shaping the future of leadership. The first speakers to be announced are:

Jesper Brodin
Senior advisor to the IKEA Foundation; former CEO/President of Ingka Group, IKEA.
Rahaf Harfoush
Thinkers50 Ranked Thinker; New York Times Best Selling author of Hustle & Float; executive director of the Red Thread Institute of Digital Culture.
More speakers will be announced in the coming weeks. Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of Thinkers50, the London Summit program will be followed by the Leaders50 Awards Gala, where the new Leaders50 list will be revealed, alongside the presentation of the Leaders50 Awards.
