Thinkers50 announces its Top 10 Best New Management Books for 2025
LONDON – Thinkers50, the leading global platform for management ideas, has announced its Top 10 Best New Management Books for 2025. From strategy and sustainability to AI ethics and organisational wellbeing, this year’s list reflects the dynamic challenges and opportunities shaping the future of work and leadership.

Nominations
Nominations for the Thinkers50 Best New Management Books for 2025 were invited for books that excel in the 3Rs:
Relevance: does the book address a current, pressing issue or challenge?
Rigour: is the book well researched and based on real-world examples?
Readability: is the book accessible, insightful, and inspiring?
The only rules were that books had to be published after January 2024 and participants could not nominate their own book.
