Announcing the Thinkers50 Radar 2024

London – Thinkers50, the premier global Ranking of management thinkers, today announced its prestigious annual Radar listing for 2024, featuring 30 people whose work will shape the future of how organisations are managed and led.

“The Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2024 is an exciting group of up-and-coming management thinkers who have attracted our attention and, we believe, will make an impact with their ideas, their research, and their commitment to making the world a better place,” explained Thinkers50 co-founder, Stuart Crainer.

With nominations for the Radar canvassed from the Thinkers50 Community and the public, the Class of ‘24 brings a diversity of ideas, topics, and perspectives that are likely to influence management and leadership in the coming years.

Sustainability and AI are key themes for 2024, as is making workplaces wholly inclusive and healthy for everyone. This year’s Radar features business thinkers from the worlds of fashion, retail, branding, and communications, as well as statisticians, neuroscientists, and platform practitioners, from the Nordics to New Zealand, and Asia to America.

“Thinkers50 is all about scanning the world for the very best in management ideas. We believe there is nothing so practical as a great idea, so we are constantly on the lookout for people who not only originate and articulate ideas, but also put them into compelling practice,” says Thinkers50 co-founder, Des Dearlove. “These thinkers are global, original, and worth watching in the years to come.”
